The Paper was originally written by Pierre Tremblay and Richard Ramsay in 2000. It was presented by Pierre Tremblay at The 11th Annual Sociological Symposium: "Deconstructing Youth Suicide," San Diego State University - March 17, 2000 & at the Gay Men's Health Summit in Boulder, Colorado - July, 2000. This updated interim paper was prepared in support of a Poster Presentaton with the same name at the 2004 CASP (Canadian Association For Suicide Prevention) Conference held in Edmonton, Alberta.
